  • You may have a Steri-strip, or a Band-Aid applied to the insertion site on your breast.
  • Do not get the insertion site wet for 24 hours. Keep area clean and dry.
  • The Steri-strip will fall off on its own. You can remove the Band-Aid.
  • If you experience swelling, you may use an ice pack on the area.
  • If you experience discomfort, you may apply heat to the area. Do not apply heat if there is swelling.
  • You can resume normal activities as tolerated.
